Is this a virtual office?
No. It's a sublease on space in our building at the Maggie O'Neill Centre. It works the same way as the lease we give Knowsley taxi operators.
How much does it cost?
It's £150 a month on a 12-month lease. You pay by direct debit on the 1st of each month.
What if CQC turns down my registration?
If CQC turns down your registration, you're released from the lease. The same goes if CQC cancels your registration after it's issued. It's built into the agreement.
Can we do our training here too?
Yes. Care providers run mandatory training here, like TMVA, medication, first aid and moving and handling. Your lease includes 2 free meeting room hours a month, plus 10% off any extra hours.
What if we need a proper office later?
Ask about our private offices. You can move in when you need your own space.
Where is the Maggie O'Neill Centre?
Maggie O'Neill Centre is at 433 Liverpool Road, Huyton, Liverpool, L36 8HT, in Knowsley. It's 30 seconds from the M57.
- Free on-site parking, with 50 spaces. A main bus route goes past the door.
- Free, unlimited tea and coffee with every booking.
- LED flatscreens for presentations.
- Fully accessible on the ground floor, with step-free access and accessible parking. We don't have a lift to the first-floor rooms. But the Auditorium, Community Room, Forum, Grove and Pod are all on the ground floor.
- An accessible toilet with grab rails, a fold-down rail and an emergency pull cord.
- Open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. Evening and weekend room hire on request.
