The Maggie O'Neill Centre is a hosted training venue in Huyton, near Liverpool. Training rooms cost from £165 a day and seat groups from 4 up to 60. Every meeting and training room has a screen with Mac and PC wireless casting and HDMI, tea and coffee are served in the room, parking is free, and hosts are on site all day.

Which training rooms can you hire?

Every room is hosted and set to your layout. Meeting and training rooms have a screen with Mac and PC wireless casting and HDMI, and the Auditorium has a stage, sound system and technician-run AV. Prices include everything on the Hosted Day list.

Is there a screen in every training room?

Yes. Every meeting and training room at the Maggie O'Neill Centre has a screen with wireless casting from Mac and PC (AirPlay for MacBooks and iPads, and screen casting from Windows laptops), plus HDMI, and the HDMI cables are provided. There's 1Gb fibre WiFi, a flipchart and pens too.

Are tea and coffee included?

Yes. Tea and coffee are served in the room all day and included in every booking at the Maggie O'Neill Centre.

Is parking free at the Maggie O'Neill Centre?

Yes. The Maggie O'Neill Centre has a free 50-space car park on site, 30 seconds from the M57, and it is on a main bus route.

Will someone be there on the day?

Yes. Hosts are on site at the Maggie O'Neill Centre all day, looking after your group. You can also call 0151 482 0408 and speak to a real person.

What do I need to bring?

Nothing. The screen, HDMI cables, 1Gb fibre WiFi, flipchart, pens and refreshments are all ready before you arrive at the Maggie O'Neill Centre.

Is the training venue accessible?

Yes, on the ground floor. There's step-free access, 3 accessible parking bays and an accessible toilet with grab rails, a fold-down rail and an emergency pull cord. We don't have a lift to the first-floor rooms, but the Auditorium, Community Room, Forum, Grove and Pod are all on the ground floor. Tell us about any accessibility needs when you book and we'll put you in a ground-floor room.

What happens if I need to cancel?

A standard booking (one room for one day) is free to cancel or change up to 1 business day before your start time. After that, the full booking cost is payable. Larger bookings are fully chargeable once booked, with a 25% deposit to secure your dates.

Can I book a half day?

The Maggie O'Neill Centre doesn't have half-day rates. Rooms are hired by the hour or by the day, so a shorter session is charged at the hourly rate.

Can you provide lunch or catering?

Yes. Catering is provided by the Maggie O'Neill Centre's partner, Superior Catering. You order and pay for it with them directly, and we'll put you in touch when you book.

Can I hire a training room in the evening or at the weekend?

Yes. The Maggie O'Neill Centre is open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, and evening and weekend room hire is available on request.
