Is the venue accessible?

Yes, on the ground floor. There's step-free access, 3 accessible parking bays and an accessible toilet with grab rails, a fold-down rail and an emergency pull cord. We don't have a lift to the first-floor rooms, but the Auditorium, Community Room, Forum, Grove and Pod are all on the ground floor. Tell us about any accessibility needs when you book and we'll put you in a ground-floor room.

How do booking and payment work for a course?

If your dates make up one course, the whole course counts as one larger booking, secured with a 25% deposit. You can pay by bank transfer (details on your invoice) or by card over the phone. PO numbers are welcome, but we still need the deposit to secure your dates.

  • Open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. Evening and weekend room hire on request.
